Camille Pronto has extensive experience in product management, customer service, and healthcare. At First Abu Dhabi Bank, Camille served as a Product & Portfolio Manager for Royale UHNI Cards, overseeing the complete product lifecycle for ultra-high-net-worth credit card products and collaborating with senior leadership to shape portfolio strategies. Prior roles at FAB include Executive Assistant to top executives and Team Leader for the Contact Centre, managing service efficiency and client complaints. Camille's experience also encompasses a Senior Service Recovery Agent position at Telstra, where responsibilities included managing customer complaints and mentoring staff. Early career experience includes a Technical Support Representative role at Teleperformance Philippines and working as an ER Nurse with the Provincial Government of Rizal in the Philippines. Camille holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Unciano Paramedical Colleges Inc. in Antipolo City.
