Elie G. El Hajal

Elie G. El Hajal has extensive experience in the banking industry. Elie began their career at Bank of Beirut in 2006 as a Senior Corporate & Financial Institutions Credit Analyst, where they worked until 2014. During their time at Bank of Beirut, they also served as a Team Leader/Head of Financial Institutions & Corporate Credit Analysis Unit from 2014 until 2022. In 2023, Elie joined First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as an AVP & Lead- Credit Management.

Elie G. El Hajal has an MBA with an emphasis in Finance & Economics from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU). They also have a Master's degree in Finance & Financial Institutions from Lebanese University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Elie has obtained various certifications, including Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (ACSI) from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ) from The CISI, Banking Ethics from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL, and Advanced Bank Credit Analysis from Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings), among others.
