Eman Abo El Kheir

Eman Abo El Kheir is a seasoned professional in leadership and talent development, currently serving as Vice President for Leadership and Talent Development at First Abu Dhabi Bank since April 2015. Prior roles include Group Learning & Talent Development Lead and Group Learning & Talent Development Specialist at FAB, along with experience as a Learning and Development Officer at National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Training Account Manager at TUV Nord Middle East, where significant technical training was facilitated for major oil and gas companies in the region. Eman also held positions as Project Coordinator for the United Nations Development Program and Cairo University and as Unit Manager for the Career Development Center at the Egyptian Junior Businessmen Association. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Medical Representative at Abbott. Eman holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Cairo University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
