Neil Persaud

Neil Persaud is an experienced professional in project and portfolio management, currently serving as the Head of EPMO at First Abu Dhabi Bank since March 2024. Previously, Neil held the position of Head of Portfolio & Performance Management at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where a new function was established to support the implementation of a Change & Transformation Operating Model. Neil's extensive background includes leading various PMOs and managing change initiatives for prominent financial institutions including Citi, HSBC, RBS, and Barclays, consistently focusing on greenfield setups and regulatory compliance projects. Neil holds a Master's degree in Computing & Information Systems from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from London South Bank University.
