Randy Zietlow

Randy Zietlow has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Randy started their career as a Loan Officer at First State Bank - New London, WI in 1996 and worked there until 2001. Randy then joined Mid-Wisconsin Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, Randy joined Community First Bank as the President and CFO, a role they held for over 16 years. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer at First State Bank - New London, WI, where they currently work.

Randy Zietlow obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1997. Randy later pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2003.
