Annette Ladegaard

Annette Ladegaard has extensive experience in human resources, having held various senior positions primarily in the banking sector. Currently serving as Chef for HR og Service and previously as HR Seniorkonsulent at BankInvest since June 2015, Annette has developed a strong background in HR strategy and services. Prior roles include HR Partner and HR Seniorkonsulent Organisation & Change Management at Nykredit from May 2001 to May 2015, where a new title structure was implemented. Annette began their career at Danske Bank, serving in several HR and advisory roles from 1987 to April 2001. Educational qualifications include a degree in HD, Udenrigshandel from Copenhagen Business School and certification as a Business Coach at Prof Coach, Roskilde.
