Chisom Nwafor began their work experience at UBA Group in February 2021, where they served as an Operations Intern. In this role, Chisom attended to customer complaints and service requests, provided feedback to customers and management, and handled e-channel onboarding and support. They also assisted with account opening, management, and compliance checks, as well as handling inbound and outbound calls and emails at the branch level.

In August 2022, Chisom joined Bankly as a Customer Support Analyst. Their responsibilities in this role include customer onboarding and support, analyzing data and customer engagement to recommend product improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience, and identifying and addressing internal and external pain points. Chisom also communicates with customers through various channels, including phone and the company's preferred CRM. They also respond to customers on social network services, Google Playstore, and Appstore.

Chisom Nwafor obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cooperative Economics and Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, completing their education from 2017 to 2021.

They have also obtained several additional certifications. In October 2022, Chisom obtained a certification in Virtual Assistant from alx_africa. In May 2022, they received certifications in Customer Relationship Management from Side Hustle and Soft Skill Training from Jobberman. In April 2022, Chisom obtained a certification in Product Management from Side Hustle. Additionally, in February 2022, they obtained another certification in Soft Skill Training from Jobberman Nigeria.

There is one additional certification in Product Management, but the month and year of its completion are not provided.
