Tomilola Majekodunmi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tomilola is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Bankly since July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Business at ALEDIN Nano Limited from January 2016 to January 2018. At ALEDIN Nano, they focused on providing mobile financial services to the unbanked and underbanked populations.

Before their role at ALEDIN Nano, Tomilola served as a Project Intern at Frontline Strategy Limited from May 2015 to August 2015. Tomilola'sresponsibilities included identifying investment opportunities in financial technology for Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in areas such as mobile payments, mobile lending, and data analytics.

From September 2012 to August 2014, they worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Meristem Wealth Management Limited. During their time there, they contributed to client relationship management, conducted surveys, and implemented a successful client referral strategy. Additionally, they collaborated with wealth advisors to identify new market segments and develop new products.

Tomilola's career began as an Assistant Project Manager at the United Nations Millennium Development Goals in Uyo during their National Youth Service Corps from March 2010 to February 2011. In this role, they worked on poverty alleviation projects in rural areas of Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, such as the construction of solar-powered boreholes for clean water supply.

During the same year, they also enrolled at the S P Jain School of Global Management, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management in 2015. Most recently, in 2021-2022, Tomilola attended INSEAD, where they participated in the Social Entrepreneurship Program, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
