George Butts

George Butts has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. George is currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX), a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, George worked as the Integration Lead Architect at BM Technologies from July 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining BM Technologies, George worked at Chubb as the AVP, Integration & Platform Technical Lead from September 2014 to July 2018. George also gained experience at Johannesen Consulting as a Senior Software Developer from February 2014 to September 2014.

George held the position of Sr. VP, Application Development Group Manager at Citi Prepaid Services from April 2011 to February 2014. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Director of Claims Systems at Legion Insurance from April 2007 to April 2011.

George started their career at UPS as a Senior Technical Consultant from April 2006 to April 2007. George also held the position of Team Lead at Decusoft from July 2005 to March 2006.

Earlier in their career, George served as the Vice President of Technology at Artemis Consulting from 2002 to 2005. George began their professional journey as a Technical Consultant at EnableVision, LLC in 1998 and worked there until 2002.

Throughout their career, George has showcased their expertise in software engineering, integration architecture, and application development.

George Butts attended the County College of Morris from 1993 to 1996, where they earned an Associates degree in Social Science. Following that, they pursued further education at the Chubb Institute from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a Certificate in Structured Programming/Client Server.
