Roy Georgia has a diverse range of work experience in the information technology and strategy field. Roy started their career as a Consultant at CHAINGE in 2016, focusing on forming IT strategies and executing operating plans. In the same year, they also served as the Chief Information Officer at Mnet Health Services, where they oversaw all aspects of IT to support the company's business. In 2018, Roy became the Senior Vice President of Strategy at BankOnIT. Roy was also the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Kevo Properties from 2016 to 2021, responsible for guiding IT decisions and overseeing real estate operations. Roy partnered with ICE Technologies in 2017 to lead expansion into the Ambulatory Surgery Center market. Prior to that, they were the Chief Information Officer at Surgical Care Affiliates from 2013 to 2016. In 2002, Roy founded and served as the CEO of SSI Medibis, a Business Intelligence Software company serving the Ambulatory Surgery Center industry. Roy began their career as a Consultant at Stonebridge, where they developed technical skills in windows, database development, and specialized in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.

Roy Georgia obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Behavior and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. Roy completed their MBA program from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, Roy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management from Oklahoma State University. Roy attended Oklahoma State University from 1991 to 1995 to obtain their undergraduate degree.
