Martin Liska

Martin Liska joined the Bank of Southern California in November 2020 as the company’s first Chief Risk Officer. In this role, he leads all risk management functions, including credit risk management, enterprise risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance, and more. He also serves as the Bank’s BSA Officer.

Mr. Liska has 30 years of industry experience often serving in leadership roles, each with increasing responsibility at leading financial institutions. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer for Preferred Bank.

He is an alumnus of the University of La Verne and a United States Army veteran.
