Cristina Frias

Cristina Frias has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cristina is currently a Founding Member for Chief in Miami. Prior to their current role, Cristina held positions at BankUnited, where they served as a Chief Transformation Officer and an Executive Vice President in Corporate Finance. Cristina also held the role of Senior Vice President in Corporate Finance at BankUnited for ten years. In addition, Cristina has served as a Board Member on the Women and Infants Council at Baptist Health Foundation. Before their tenure at BankUnited, they worked as a Senior Planner at MACY*S FLORIDA and as an Accounting Manager at Q-MED CORPORATION. Cristina began their career as a Junior Accountant at Julio L. Guardado, CPA PA.

Cristina Frias completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course in 2000. Cristina then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Florida International University from 1995 to 2000, majoring in Accounting/Management.
