Teresa Paulson

Teresa Paulson, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 28 years of experience in human resources. Teresa started their career in 1992 as Vice President and Human Resource Director at Viking Bank, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at North County Bank. Since 2010, they have been employed at Banner Bank, holding the role of Vice President and Employee Relations Manager.

Teresa Paulson, PHR, SHRM-CP has obtained certifications in PHR and SHRM-CP from the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management respectively. Teresa also has a background in Business Administration from Shoreline Community College and Western Washington University.
