Fernando Mattar is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in driving digital innovation and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Diretor de Tecnologia e Operações (CIO/COO) and CTO at banQi since August 2021, Fernando is dedicated to advancing financial inclusion in Brazil. Prior to this role, Fernando was the CTO at Minuto Seguros, where efforts were focused on creating a more personalized and digital insurance platform.
