Aya Ghandour

Aya Ghandour is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at ALEXBANK since August 2022. Prior to this role, Aya held the position of Training Department Manager at Banque du Caire, contributing expertise in employee training and development.
