Solafa Mostafa, a CIPD-certified professional, has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and General Manager at Banque du Caire since April 2018, Solafa’s prior roles include key positions at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt, where responsibilities spanned compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR business partnership from August 2014 to March 2018. Additionally, Solafa held various roles within Barclays Bank Egypt from 2007 to 2014, focusing on HR operations, training, and talent management. Solafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, English Section, completed between 1997 and 2001.
