Lidia Cords is an experienced human resources professional with a strong track record in HR leadership and talent strategies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources North America at U.S. Bank since February 2013, Lidia enables senior leadership teams across the US and Canada through a collaborative approach that drives strategy, culture, and core values. Previously, Lidia held the role of HR Manager and Canada Country Leader, providing strategic support across HR-related matters and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at Collective Point of Sale Solutions, where Lidia established the HR function and contributed to the company's recognition as one of Canada's Top 50 Best Small and Medium Employers. Lidia's career began at Manpower Inc., where various roles focused on recruitment consulting and business development strengthened HR legislative expertise. Educational credentials include an Honours degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College, along with prior studies in developmental services.
