Taylor Hall

Taylor Hall has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started in 2007 as a Recreation Supervisor at Marriott International-Harbor Beach Marriott. They then worked their way up through various roles, including Front Office Supervisor/Bell Captain and Riva Restaurant Manager. At Marriott, they achieved several accolades, such as increasing guest satisfaction scores and wine list management. They later joined Urgo Hotels and Resorts as an Assistant General Manager and eventually became the General Manager at Lake George Courtyard by Marriott. During this time, they also served as the Director of Food and Beverage and successfully improved the quality of service. After that, they joined Island Hospitality Management as a General Manager before transitioning to Concord Hospitality Enterprises as a General Manager. Currently, Taylor is working as the Vice President of Operations at Aperture Hotels.

Taylor Hall attended SUNY Geneseo from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their degree, Taylor also holds several certifications. In 2015, they became TIPS Training Certified, although the institution is not specified. In 2012, Taylor obtained a Sommelier certification from the International Wine Guild. They also acquired a Micros Property Expert certification in 2011, although again, the institution is not mentioned.
