Job Profile:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our SEO, PPC, and SEM efforts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in generating compelling content, possess technical expertise for website landing pages, can manage automations and lead activity in Hubspot and have solid design skills.
This role demands a creative and analytical thinker who can seamlessly integrate various digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth, leads and customer engagement. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will support partner marketing efforts to enhance our collaborative marketing initiatives.
Your focus in this role is visioning, planning, building and optimizing digital demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:
1.SEO, PPC, and SEM Management:
Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Oversee PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google/Bing, social media) to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing optimization of SEM efforts.

2.Content Generation:
Create engaging, high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies aligned with specific campaigns, SEO activity and marketing goals.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.

3.Technical Website and Hubspot Management:
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and SEO.
Plan to update and tune pages to be lead generating.
Utilize Hubspot for email marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Implement technical SEO improvements and monitor site health and performance.

4.Design Skills:
Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and templates for digital marketing campaigns.
Work with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce marketing collateral.
Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all digital channels.

5.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze website, campaign, and content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.).
Prepare regular reports on SEO, PPC, and overall digital marketing performance.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve marketing strategies.

6.Collaboration and Project Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

7.Support Partner Marketing Efforts:
Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with partner marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
> 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and SEM.
> Proven experience with content creation and technical website management.
> Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
> Strong design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
> Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
> Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
> We have a strong preference toward candidates that can demonstrate their financial acumen and, in particular, understanding of financial reporting. This includes prior work in financial reporting (accounting roles), MBA or similar financial education, entrepreneurship, or family business management where you were accountable for producing financial statements.
Experience in partner marketing and collaboration is a plus.
