Allie Russell has held a variety of roles since 2012. Allie began their career as a Cashier at Yeh! Yogourt in 2012. In 2014, they became an Administrative Assistant on Fixed Income and Currencies Desk at RBC Capital Markets. In 2015, they worked as a Securities Pricing Analyst at RBC Investor & Treasury Services where they were responsible for analyzing equity securities trends at Asian, European and North American market closures, working with fund accountants to ensure accuracy and precision of data analysis, and delivering strong service to improve client relationships. Allie also worked as a Campus Ambassador at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2015. In 2016, they were an Analyst - Global Trading Client Management at RBC Capital Markets. In 2017, they held a Merchant Development Program role at Hudson's Bay Company. In 2018, they were a Sales Development Representative and Enterprise Business Development Representative at Loopio. In 2019, they were an Account Executive at Blackbaud. In 2020, they were a Sales Account Executive at 1Password. Allie is currently a Manager, Corporate Development at Banyan Software, where they are on a mission to acquire, build and grow great software businesses that have dominant positions in niche markets all over the world.

Allie Russell completed their Ontario High School Diploma at Greenwood College School. Allie then attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business. In 2018, Allie attended HackerYou College of Technology and completed Intro & Advanced Web Development. Allie is currently enrolled at Juno College of Technology, where they are expected to complete their JavaScript certification in 2021.
