Rachel Stanley

VP of Customer Experience at Banzai

Rachel Stanley is the current Vice President of Customer Experience at Banzai. Prior to Banzai, Rachel was the Salon Manager at Aria Salon Spa Shoppe from October 2004 to December 2005. While at Aria, Rachel successfully balanced client and employee satisfaction while managing daily operations. Rachel also assisted in the hiring and training of all support staff, developed a training program for new receptionists, handled weekly inventory and closed out finances each day, and helped create marketing strategies that increased the percentage of new and return clients.

From September 2010 to May 2011, Rachel was the Office Manager/Executive Assistant at The City, where they consistently brought organization, systems and order to this fast-paced, high-technology startup. While at The City, Rachel managed calendars, email, travel and expense reports for Senior VP and VP of Technology, coordinated with corporate (Zondervan) for all HR issues including recruitment, new hire process, attendance, benefits, etc., managed accounts payable process, IT support, asset tracking, shipping and event planning.

From August 2011 to February 2012, Rachel served as the Administrative Assistant in the President's Office at CRISTA Ministries.

Rachel Stanley's educational career began with a business degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Rachel then continued their education by earning a secondary education degree in business from the same school.

They work with Andy Linteau - Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Kurt Bilafer - Chief Revenue Officer, and Simon Baumer - CTO. Their manager is Joe Davy, Co-Founder & CEO.
