Tara Richards

Tara Richards is an experienced Implementation Analyst II at BAO Systems since March 2016, specializing in coordinating business requirements and leveraging cloud technologies for scalable solutions. With a strong background in implementation and project management, Tara has successfully contributed to DHIS2 implementation lifecycle tasks, training development in both English and French, and business development strategies that led to a $100 million proposal pipeline. Prior roles include Research Analyst at BAO Systems and Assistant in the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, where responsibilities involved supporting sustainable development initiatives and conducting research. Tara holds a Master of Science from The University of Edinburgh and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kent, along with an Erasmus Year at Université de Namur.
