Timothy Harding

Timothy Harding is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT and Senior Engineering Manager at BAO Systems since June 2015. Previously, Harding worked as a Data Analyst contractor for the World Health Organization, where significant contributions included revitalizing a Health Information System and facilitating the migration to a web-based implementation. As a DHIS2 Consultant for Akros - Global Health, Harding provided expert guidance in health information systems. The experience also includes serving as a Peace Corps RPCV from September 2011 to February 2015, where effective communication across cultures and instructing students in computer science and internet ethics were key responsibilities. Additionally, Harding's background includes project planning and training as a Grants Officer at OGCIO and software engineering at Standard Insurance Company. Timothy Harding holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
