Lisa Li

Lisa Li has had a diverse range of work experience. Lisa most recently worked as a Finance Director at Baozun eCommerce Inc. starting in May 2021. In this role, their responsibilities included financial functions such as group accounting, tax, treasury, and AR SSC. Lisa ensured the quality of group accounting in accordance with local GAAP and internal control requirements. Lisa also provided the management team with new business scenario analysis and existing business health checks from a finance perspective. Lisa led process and system improvements through intelligent tools and automated solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.

Prior to their role at Baozun eCommerce Inc., Lisa worked as a Senior Finance Manager at MENARINI Group from September 2015 to May 2021. Before that, they were a Finance Manager at Charles & Keith from June 2012 to August 2015. Lisa'searliest work experience was as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from July 2009 to June 2012.

Lisa Li attended Fudan University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting. Lisa also obtained certifications in Financial Security and Social Insurance from the Shanghai Human Resource and Social Security Bureau in October 2014, and a Certified Public Accountant certification from the China Registration Authority in March 2014.
