Rachael Tsang has a strong background in eCommerce and marketing. Rachael began their career in 2015 as a Marketing Executive at Nowis Technology Limited, where they organized exhibitions and managed social media advertising campaigns. In 2016, they became an eCommerce Specialist at 玩具反斗城, where they enhanced retail websites and analyzed data from in-house and Google Analytics for promotional purposes.

In 2017, Rachael joined HobbyKing as an eCommerce Officer, operating Magento and ERP systems, assisting with Google Adwords, and analyzing sales reports. Rachael then moved on to Baozun eCommerce Inc. in 2018, initially as an eCommerce Merchandise Supervisor. In this role, Rachael managed thousands of online listings across multiple marketplaces and executed promotions and marketing campaigns.

Currently, Rachael holds the role of eCommerce Brand Manager at Baozun eCommerce Inc. since April 2021.
