Xiao Xu

Xiao Xu has a strong background in quality assurance and project management within the IT industry. Xiao began their career as a Test Engineer at Kotei Navi&Data Technology Co., Ltd, where they worked on waterfall projects and was responsible for testing GIS/LBS and navigation systems. Xiao also led a team and provided training in programming and business. Xiao then joined Sichuan 517na Technology Co., Ltd as a Test Engineer, where they improved the testing process and introduced automated testing, significantly increasing regression velocity. Xiao's next position was as a QA Consultant at ThoughtWorks, where they worked on Agile projects and delivered various web platforms and portal projects. Xiao also gained domain experience in insurance and published a book. Most recently, Xiao has been working at Baozun Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they created the Chengdu QA team and served as a Senior Project Manager.

Xiao Xu attended China Three Gorges University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued Computer Science and Technology. During the same period, they also enrolled at HuBei Land Resources Vocational College and studied Computer Information Management. In June 2022, Xiao Xu obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
