Navya Johny is a highly experienced professional in the field of technology and business operations, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in ERP & Corporate Application Operations & Support at Bapco Energies since November 2025. Previously, Navya held the position of Head of Application Management at Bapco Gas for 17 years, where responsibilities included directing application development projects and enhancing business applications and technology processes. Experience also includes serving as an Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centre and working as a Software Developer at Bangalore Soft Sell Ltd, where an online banking module was developed for Axis Bank. Navya holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Government Engineering College Palakkad and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from United Business Institutes. Educational background also includes a secondary degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Trissur, Kerala.
