Fiona van Dalen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Fiona currently holds the position of Chief Product Owner at Baptcare, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology Change Manager at the same company from September 2021 to January 2023.

From 2018 to 2021, Fiona worked at VMCH, where they held multiple roles, including Business Projects Manager - Homecare, Portfolio Lead - Community & Disability, People Services, Project Change Manager, and Business Assimilation Project Manager.

Fiona van Dalen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Wollongong in the years 1990 to 1994.
