Jessica Peña

Jessica Peña is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Talent Management at Baptist Health since September 2025, Jessica previously held the role of Director of Workforce Management at Atlantic Health System from November 2019 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple recruitment and HR functions while achieving significant improvements in executive recruitment efficiency. Prior to that, Jessica was Associate Director of Technology Talent Acquisition at Verizon, managing a large team across the US and Latin America, and has held various roles in talent acquisition at Samsung Electronics and Kinetic Concepts Inc., where Jessica implemented strategies that substantially reduced recruitment costs. Jessica's educational qualifications include an MBA in HR Management from the University of Phoenix and a Post-Grad Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Practices from Cornell University.
