Caleb Whitfield

Caleb Whitfield, MHA has a progressive work history in healthcare finance, starting as a Financial Analyst at Brooks Rehabilitation in 2014. Caleb then moved on to roles at St. Vincent's HealthCare, where they advanced from Financial Analyst II to Finance Team Lead. Subsequently, they joined Saint Thomas Health as the Director of Finance/ACFO in 2018, where they worked until joining Baptist Health Care as the Executive Director of Finance in 2023.

Caleb Whitfield, MHA completed their Bachelor of Health Science in Health Administration at the University of West Florida from 2007 to 2011. Caleb later pursued a Master of Health Administration at the University of North Florida from 2012 to 2014, specializing in Health Administration.
