Jasmine Shahin

Jasmine Shahin, OTD, OTR/L, is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently engaged in acute inpatient care at Baptist Health since September 2022. Additionally, Jasmine serves as a PRN Occupational Therapist at both Palmetto Subacute Care Center and Catholic Health Services, focusing on subacute and long-term care. Prior experience includes a pediatric outpatient role at Breakthrough Therapy, LLC, and a doctoral capstone project at Covenant House Florida, which aimed to enhance social participation and self-regulation skills among at-risk youth. Jasmine completed Level II fieldwork in inpatient acute settings and pediatric outpatient care, and holds a Doctor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Florida International University.
