Chassidy Bibb

Chassidy Bibb is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across healthcare systems. Currently serving as the System Redesign/Throughput Leader at Baptist Health System KY & IN since June 2021, Chassidy has also held positions as an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana Wesleyan University, with responsibilities in teaching nursing programs in both live and online formats. Previous roles include Market Practice Manager at Crossover Health, Interim Leader at B.E. Smith, and Director of Nursing for Critical Care, Cardiovascular, and Emergency Services at UofL Health. Chassidy has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities as Director of Critical Care at Clark Memorial Hospital, Nurse Manager at Robley Rex VA Medical Center, and Clinical Manager of Nursing at KentuckyOne Health, where responsibilities encompassed a range of nursing support services.
