The executive team at Baraja has a strong background in the optical and electrical industries. Many members have worked as project managers or engineers at companies such as Finisar Corporation, JDS Uniphase, TR Labs Edmonton, Cochlear, and Motorola. There is also experience in product management and strategy development from working at companies such as Nexus Technology and Jason Industries, Inc. All members of the team have at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from universities such as McGill University, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and the University of Queensland. In addition, many team members have completed Executive Development Programs from schools such as Kellogg School of Management and IESE Business School.
