Support Specialist at Baratza

After college, Brandon started working as a barista while looking for other career options, and after doing his first in-depth coffee cupping he knew that the career path he was searching for was right under his nose. He has helped open and manage multiple coffee shops on the east coast before his move to Seattle to start a new chapter in a customer support role. He became a fan of Baratza after getting an Encore as his first grinder and has been using them at home and in café settings ever since. He is pumped to use his coffee knowledge and experience to help every customer enjoy the experience of coffee however that looks to them. When he is not working, you can find him hiking around the PNW with his dogs taking photos of his experiences.
