Matthew Stamets is a Pre Doctoral Fellow and Research Technician at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), focusing on research related to radio frequencies and electromagnetic field exposure. Previously, Stamets served as a Research Assistant at the Karolinska Institutet's Aging Research Center, contributing to a published research article on the Health Assessment Tool's external validity in Sweden. As a semi-professional baseball player for the Stockholm Baseball Club, Stamets achieved recognition as a 2022 SM Semi-finalist and 2023 SM National Runner-up. Additional experience includes roles as a Speaking Coach for TEDxKI, technology support at Carleton College, and various research positions in biochemistry. Matthew Stamets holds a Master of Medical Science in Public Health Epidemiology from Karolinska Institutet and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Carleton College.
