Amber Day

Amber Day currently serves as Vice President at REEF, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Amber was the Area Director for The Reef Mobile Kitchen from February 2022 to January 2023. Amber also has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having worked at Red Robin from April 2012 to June 2022, where roles included General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Earlier in their career, Amber was a Customer Service Representative at Atlantic Aviation from May 2010 to February 2015. Amber Day holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2013.
