Abdul Rashid

Abdul Rashid is an experienced professional in change management and project management, currently serving as the Head of Change Management at Barclays since July 2015, where responsibilities include establishing the Change Management function and ensuring the delivery of strategic goals. Prior roles at Barclays include Strategy Manager, Project Manager, and Lead PMO, focusing on aligning strategic plans with group vision and managing critical regulatory initiatives. Before Barclays, Abdul held positions at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, Citi, and the Royal Bank of Scotland, offering expertise in treasury functions, project management, and data analysis. Abdul holds a degree in Business Studies with Applied Finance and Accounting from Tower Hamlets College.
