Bradley West

Bradley West is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in impairment reporting and capital management. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Capital and Impairment Reporting at Barclays since February 2017, Bradley has previously held key roles at TSB Bank, including Impairment Manager overseeing a team responsible for unsecured credit product impairment numbers, and at Banco Santander as a Models Analyst managing corporate credit Basel models. Bradley's career commenced at Northern Rock as a Graduate Management Trainee, providing foundational exposure to high-level projects. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University.
