Carolyne Chan

Carolyne Chan is the Vice President, Regulatory Compliance at Barclays. Carolyne has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Barclays, Carolyne was a Legal Fellow at TruFund Financial Services, Inc. and an Extern at State Street. Carolyne has also interned at the New York State Unified Court System and Zhicheng Public Interest Law Firm. Carolyne graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009.

Carolyne Chan has a Doctor of Law from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from UC San Diego. Carolyne is certified from the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar in BAR ADMISSIONS.
