Jeanie Leong, holding the GCDF and CCSP certifications, currently serves as the Head of Programmatic Delivery for Early Careers in the APAC region at Barclays since October 2021, overseeing graduate and internship programs across multiple countries. Prior experience includes positions as Team Lead for Postgraduate Services at Singapore Management University, where engagement with mid to senior career professionals was emphasized, and Senior Manager roles at Standard Chartered Bank focused on client experience and service culture enhancement. Jeanie began their career as a Management Trainee at F J Benjamin and as a Management Associate at Meltwater, following the attainment of a Master of Science in Communication Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Singapore Management University.
