Justin Spaeth

Justin Spaeth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and FinTech Business Development at Barclays' US Consumer Bank since November 2014, Justin collaborates with the CEO and Executive Committee to shape the bank's strategic direction and enhance customer experiences through innovative partnerships. Prior roles at Barclays include Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives and Vice President of Strategy, where Justin led teams focused on growth opportunities, strategic planning, and technology implementation. Before joining Barclays, Justin was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, advising financial institutions on corporate and distribution strategies. Justin holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
