Ravi Ramnath has extensive experience in electronic trading and technology within the banking and finance sectors. Currently, Ravi holds positions in cross asset electronic trading and electronic trading at Barclays since October 2021 and August 2018, respectively. Prior to this, Ravi served as the Global Head of Algorithmic Trading Technology at Citi from June 2011 to August 2018 and as the Head of Liquidity Access Services Technology at Liquidnet Holdings, where the focus was on developing global products to enhance institutional marketplace capabilities. Ravi also held roles at Bear Stearns as Managing Director and at Tradeportal as a Technology Manager, leading a team to create an award-winning execution management system for equities and options trading. Ravi began a career as a Software Programmer at ETM Inc. and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Bangalore University.
