Shona Claremont

Shona Claremont is an experienced leader in technology research and evaluations, currently serving as the Director at Barclays since November 2010. In this role, Shona leads a team focused on onboarding new technologies that deliver business value through comprehensive market research and effective evaluation processes, including RFIs, POCs, and Pilots. Previously, Shona held positions as VP of Emerging Capabilities and Sourcing Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included identifying top emerging technologies and fostering partnerships with suppliers through innovative events and communications. Before joining Barclays, Shona worked as the ICT Strategic Category Manager at the Metropolitan Police from October 2006 to November 2010.
