Judy Hsiao

Judy (Yu-Ya) Hsiao serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner for APAC at Barco since July 2022, managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various regions and adapting strategies to fulfill diverse hiring needs. Prior to this role, Judy was a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Hon Hai Precision from August 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included recruiting for 5G roles, overseeing all HR tasks in the branch office, and mentoring junior specialists. Early career experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan Normal University. Judy holds a Master of Business Administration in International Human Resources Development from National Taiwan Normal University and has furthered education through programs at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Technology Sydney.
