Jesse S. has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 with the Singapore Police Force where they coordinated IT matters and managed the IVR system. Jesse then worked at J.P. Morgan as a Regional IT Helpdesk Analyst, providing support to users globally. At Citi, Jesse was a Mainframe Operations Engineer responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting mainframe job operations.

From 2006 to 2012, Jesse worked at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Analyst, supporting daily trading activities and gaining expertise in investment products and trading workflows. Jesse then joined Wellington Management as a Systems Analyst, managing infrastructure and supporting a group of users.

At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Jesse served as a Senior Analyst on the Trade Floor Support team, handling VIP support and coordinating IT projects. Jesse also worked at Edge Technology Group as a Technical Account Manager, overseeing client support services and project management. At WIZ TECHNOLOGIES, Jesse was a Senior Solutions Specialist, focusing on cybersecurity productization and acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Currently, Jesse holds the position of Head Of Client Services at Bare Cove Technology, where they support client service delivery, builds relationships, and assists clients with IT compliance and cybersecurity assessments.

Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and project management.

Jesse S. pursued higher education at various institutions throughout their academic journey. In 2019, Jesse enrolled in the University of Portsmouth, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Forensic Computing. Their field of study was primarily focused on Computer Science.

Prior to attending the University of Portsmouth, Jesse attended Informatics International College from 1999 to 2001. It was during this time that they obtained a Diploma in Computer Studies, furthering their knowledge in the field.

In 1996, Jesse attended Nanyang Junior College for a year, pursuing A Levels with a focus on Science. Prior to college, Jesse completed their secondary education at Maris Stella High School from 1992 to 1995, obtaining their O Levels with a concentration in Science.

In addition to their formal education, Jesse has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. They became ITIL Foundation (V3) certified through Pink Elephant in 2012. In 2002, Jesse became a Microsoft Certified Professional. Moreover, Jesse holds various security-related certifications, including CREST-Accredited Certified Security Testing Associate (CSTA) and CREST-Accredited Certified Security Testing Professional (CSTP), both obtained from 7Safe in June 2018. Additionally, Jesse obtained the Certified Security Analyst (ECSA) and Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) certifications from the EC-Council in July and June of 2016, respectively.
