Aviel Leonardo Wijaya

Aviel Leonardo Wijaya is a skilled Backend Engineer currently working at Bareksa since March 2021, where contributions include developing scalable microservices in Go and JavaScript, as well as creating an OCR solution for KTP utilizing Python and Google Vision API. Prior experience includes an internship at Bareksa focused on building scalable microservices with integration to Apache Kafka and PostgreSQL while collaborating with frontend teams. Aviel was a recipient of the fully funded Sea Undergraduate Scholarship from Sea Group between November 2018 and March 2022 and has served as a Teaching Assistant at Universitas Bina Nusantara from February 2019 to February 2021. Aviel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from BINUS University, obtained in May 2022, and completed secondary education at SMAK Yos Sudarso Batam from 2015 to 2018.
