Minoo R. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2014, they joined Shahid Bahonar Copper Industries Co (CSP) as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they conducted internal audits, collaborated with external auditors, assessed company performance using various methods, managed productivity measurement and analysis, and prepared work analysis reports.

In 2018, they also worked with the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, assessing SMEs according to Phillips best-in-class business excellence Process Survey Tools (PSTs).

In 2022, Minoo joined IBKO Group as a Business Process Analyst, responsible for process modeling, design, and development, quality assurance, implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS), collaborating with departments and process owners to improve processes, and managing process change.

Later in 2022, they joined Barez Industrial Group as a Business Process Analyst, tasked with analyzing business processes, improving integrity and cohesion, designing and documenting processes, coordinating IT deployment, and monitoring and measuring process performance.

Throughout their career, Minoo has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, quality assurance, productivity measurement, and data analysis. minoo consistently aims to enhance organizational performance and has worked with various standards such as ISO and EFQM.

Minoo R. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, which they attended from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed a self-learning e-course on productivity tools and techniques (Basic) offered by the Asian Productivity Organization in Tokyo, Japan. The following year, they took another self-learning e-course on productivity tools and techniques (Advanced) from the same institution.

In 2018, Minoo R. obtained certifications in ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 9001:2015 from ARIAN TUV PASARGAD and Monitoring & Conformity Assessment Iran. These certifications focus on environmental management, occupational health and safety, and quality management, respectively.

Most recently, in January 2022, they completed a course on Process Mapping and Modeling Software (Bizagi Modeler) provided by the Industrial Engineering Department at Sharif University of Technology. Additionally, they are scheduled to obtain the IATF 16949_2016 certification from Parse Group in March 2023.
