Todd Hermiller

Todd Hermiller is a seasoned Senior Project Manager currently at Barge Design Solutions since April 2024, with a robust background in project management across several leading companies. Previously, Todd managed significant expansion projects up to $80M at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and oversaw a $48M construction project delivered on time and within budget. As a Global Engineering Services Manager at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from July 2015 to September 2022, Todd directed four engineering groups and focused on employee development. Additionally, Todd's experience includes program management roles at MetoKote Corporation and Delphi Automotive Systems, leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets for various projects. Todd holds a B.S.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Project Management Certificate from Villanova University.
