Mateusz Wrzesinski

Mateusz Wrzesinski, LL.M., serves as Vice President and Head of International Legal Affairs at Barilla Group since March 2022, overseeing legal operations across multiple global regions and providing strategic counsel to senior business leaders. Prior to this role, Mateusz was Senior Legal Director International at LivaNova from January 2018 to 2022, managing legal affairs for a global med-tech company in key international markets. Previous experience includes positions as Legal Director for Eastern Europe and Middle East Africa at Bacardi, where responsibilities included legal support across over 60 countries, and extensive roles at Allen & Overy and other prestigious law firms focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate law.
