Alexander Vaulkhard

Alexander Vaulkhard has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Alexander currently holds the position of Director, Client Portfolio Manager at Barings since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BlackRock for over 15 years in different roles. From July 2018 to October 2021, they served as a Director. Before that, they held the position of Vice President from July 2012 to March 2016, where they were responsible for managing relationships with South East Asian institutions. From January 2010 to July 2012, they worked as a Vice President, focusing on Middle East and African institutions. Alexander started their career at BlackRock as an Analyst in November 2005 and progressed through various roles, including an Associate. During their time at BlackRock, they gained expertise in fixed income, equity, alternatives, and exchange traded funds.

Alexander Vaulkhard attended Eton College from 1995 to 2000, where they focused on studying history. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in History at UCL.
